DUV Certification Private Limited (DUV CPL) accreditation was Withdrawn as of December 9 2016.
JAS-ANZ has investigated over several months the market practices of: DUV Certification Private Limited, SS-1914, SEC.- H, LDA COLONY KANPUR ROAD LUCKNOW 226012 India. DUV failed to provide any adequate response to evidence that they colluded with a client to issue a certificate, which, for all intent and purposes, appeared to be a legitimate certificate, before completion of the certification process. The accreditation of DUV was withdrawn on 09/12/16. DUV appealed the decision. The appeal was heard on the 16 January 2016 where the appeal was dismissed.
Equalitas Certifications Limited (ECL) accreditation was Withdrawn as of December 9 2016.
JAS-ANZ has cancelled the accreditation of: Equalitas Certification Limited 817, Ansals Kirti Shikhar 11- District Centre, Janak Puri New Delhi 110 058 India Equalitas Certification Limited failed to provide any adequate response to reasonable demands for their compliance with the Conditions of Accreditation and failed to settle outstanding fees. They represent an unacceptable risk to the accreditation system. Therefore, the accreditation of Equalitas Certification Limited was cancelled on 9th December 2016. ECL chose not to appeal the decision.
LMS Certifications Pvt. Ltd. (LMS) accreditation was Withdrawn as of December 9 2016.
JAS-ANZ has cancelled the accreditation of: LMS Certifications Pvt Ltd Head Office 1 Anand Dhaam, Opp. Kukrail Picnic Spot Gate, Faridi Nagar, Indira Nagar, Lucknow 226015 India LMS failed to provide any adequate response to reasonable demands for their compliance with the Conditions of Accreditation and failed to settle outstanding fees. Therefore, their accreditation was cancelled on 9th December 2016. LMS appealed. The Appeals Board, recommended reinstatement with conditions. LMS failed to fulfil the conditions for reinstatement and the cancelation therefore stands.
Absolute Quality Certification Pvt. Ltd. (AQC) accreditation was Withdrawn as of December 9 2016.
JAS-ANZ has cancelled the accreditation of: Absolute Quality Certification (AQC), 401, Ashok Bhavan, Building No. 93 Nehru Place New Delhi 110019 India. AQC failed to provide any adequate response to reasonable demands for their compliance with the Conditions of Accreditation and failed to settle outstanding fees. Therefore, the accreditation of AQC was cancelled on 9 December 2016. AQC appealed. The Appeals Board, recommended reinstatement with conditions. AQC did not accept the conditions and therefore accreditation is not reinstated.
CDG Certification Limited (CDG) accreditation was Withdrawn as of December 9 2016.
JAS-ANZ has cancelled the accreditation of: CDG Certification, Head Office 308, 3rd Floor, C Block DDA Market, Vikaspuri New Delhi 110018 India. CDG failed to provide any adequate response to reasonable demands for their compliance with the Conditions of Accreditation and failed to settle outstanding fees. They represent an unacceptable risk to the accreditation system. Therefore, the accreditation of CDG was cancelled on 9th December 2016. CDG appealed the decision. The appeal was heard on the 16 January 2016 where the appeal was dismissed.
DRS Management System Pvt Ltd (DRS) accreditation was Withdrawn as of December 9 2016.
JAS-ANZ has investigated over several months the market practices of: DRS Management System Pvt Ltd (DRS), Kothi No. 322, Sector – 22, Haryana Faridabad 121005 India. DRS failed to provide any adequate response to evidence that they intentionally provided false information to JAS-ANZ. DRS further failed to respond to a ‘Show Cause’ why their accreditation should not be suspended. The accreditation of DRS was withdrawn on 09/12/16. DRS appealed the decision. The appeal was heard on the 16 January 2016 where the appeal was dismissed.
